Customers may exchange their jewelry purchased from Geer at any time.
Exchange Value
- Gold and platinum components will be valued at the prevailing market rate after deducting applicable making charges and wear-and-tear, if any.
- Lab-grown diamonds will be valued at up to 100% of the current value in website, subject to quality inspection and verification.
- The exchange value can be utilized towards the purchase of any new jewelry item available on Geer.in.
Conditions for Exchange
- Original purchase invoice and certificate must be presented.
- The jewelry must undergo a quality inspection by our team.
- Any missing stones, damaged components, alterations, or repairs performed by third parties may result in a reduced exchange value or rejection of the exchange request.
- Customized, engraved, or specially made jewelry may not be eligible for exchange.
Lifetime Buyback Policy
Customers may request a buyback of eligible jewelry purchased from Geer.
Buyback Value
- Gold and platinum components will be valued at the prevailing market rate after applicable deductions.
- Lab-grown diamonds will be valued at up to 80% of the current value in website, subject to quality inspection and verification.
- The final buyback value will be determined after assessment by our quality team.
Conditions for Buyback
- Original purchase invoice and certificate is mandatory.
- The product must pass quality and authenticity verification.
- Any damaged, altered, or incomplete jewelry may attract additional deductions.
- The buyback amount will be transferred to the customer's registered bank account after successful verification and completion of necessary documentation.

- The final valuation determined by Geer shall be binding.
- Government taxes, certification charges, shipping charges, and making charges are non-refundable.
